This photograph was published in 1960 in a Vermont newspaper with the following caption: LIFE IN ONE DORM where crowded conditions prevail is typified by this group photo of some seventy persons who live in the dormitory and the dorm's staff members (foreground). Staff workers work in shifts to give dorm 24-hours-a-day coverage. Three work during the morning, two in the afternoon and evening, and one during the night. There is a great need for qualified people in this field.
